All products are manufactured in FDA-approved facilities and shipped from the United States
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we only accept returns of unopened and unused items
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email sales@healtyco.com with your order number and reason
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
Repack the item securely in original packaging
Ship using a trackable courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx recommended)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
